Rapidly growing pediatric dental office looking for an experienced Financial Coordinator to join their amazing practice. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively and elegantly communicate with parents, enthusiastically provide encouragement to our pediatric patients, be detail oriented and comfortable with the collections process, and be a great team player!

Experience working in a pediatric setting and/or dental office is preferred.

Current office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00-5:00pm. Additional days may be available.

Financial Coordinator responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

· Build relationships with our patients (Most important role!)

· Verify insurances and estimate patient portions

· Maintain and manage all account receivables

· Collections

· Sending out statements

· Managing patient contracts and financial arrangements

· Managing fee schedules

· Running productions and collection reports

· Aging report

· Month end and daily balancing reports

· Assisting patients with any financial questions

· Providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues raised by patients

· Adhering to all rules in the employee handbook

· Additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
