Job Description
As a Building Maintenance Specialist , you’ll be an integral part of our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work Orders : Tackling minor plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and appliance repairs. You’ll be the go-to person for fixing things efficiently.
- Apartment Prep : Getting apartments ready for new tenants. Your attention to detail will make our spaces shine!
- Seasonal Tasks : From window washing to lawn maintenance and snow removal, you’ll keep our property looking its best year-round.
- Van Driver : Safely operating our 14-passenger van. You’ll be the friendly face transporting residents.
- Grounds Upkeep : General maintenance of the building and surrounding grounds. A tidy environment is essential for everyone’s well-being.
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience : Whether through training or hands-on work, familiarity with building maintenance and repairs is crucial.
