The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of experience with a team of physicians, nurses and clerical staff. The clinic manager must have an extensive knowledgebase in medical billing, accounts receivable, and coding. The manager must possess professional communication skills, along with the initiative and ability to identify processes to enhance clinic flow. Maintaining a good rapport with all physicians is vital for success in this role. An important function of this position is to act as a liaison between the providers, staff, and Administration for the purpose of providing support and leadership.
