Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our OB/GYN office. The NP will work collaboratively with our physicians and healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for providing patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including patient histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecological conditions.
• Provide prenatal and postnatal care, including routine check-ups and managing complications.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and reproductive health.
• Perform routine gynecological procedures such as Pap smears, IUD insertions, and contraceptive management.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
• Provide counseling and support for family planning, menopause management, and other women's health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in [State].
• Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience in women's health.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an OB/GYN setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of women's health issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• CPR and BLS certification.
