We’re currently looking for a General Merchandise/Motorclothes sales associate who has a genuine upbeat and energetic personality, who is self-motivated and driven to share Harley-Davidson with our guests! We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful. This position could be full time or part time.

Our ideal applicant must have retail sales experience, knowledge of current fashion trends, setting up merchandising displays, and organizational skills. Saturday availability is a must

. Key Responsibilities:

-Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

-Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson MotorClothes, accessories, and general merchandise.

-Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and making product recommendations.

-Merchandising: Assist in the setup and organization of product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and stocked.

-Inventory Management: Participate in inventory counts and assist with the restocking of merchandise.

-Point of Sale: Operate the POS system for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive environment.

-Brand Ambassador: Represent Harley-Davidson values and culture both in and out of the store.Qualifications:

-Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in apparel or accessories.

-Knowledge: Passion for Harley-Davidson and understanding of the brand's culture and products.

-Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

-Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.

-Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
