Job Summary:
In this role, you will significantly contribute to the client's success by orchestrating and facilitating the planning of Global Digital Product releases. You will take charge of overall product delivery and status assessment, ensuring the triumphant delivery of digital products across iOS, Android, and Web platforms through the adept leadership of agile delivery team processes. Working within the company's Customer Experience Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and enhancement of digital product experiences, impacting the lives of millions of customers each day.
Core Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to generate a comprehensive Release schedule, encompassing key milestones such as User Story completion, Design readiness, Development initiation and completion, QA initiation and completion.
· Uphold the defined product scope and delivery priorities.
· Identify potential risks and communicate their impacts on the release schedule, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
· Lead release readiness meetings and work closely with the release manager on Release Logistics.
· Oversee and continually refine the product delivery and release process.
· Partner with Product Management to ensure backlog prioritization and story readiness.
· Facilitate and guide agile ceremonies as required by the teams.
· Manage the consistent and punctual delivery and maintenance of product dashboards, release schedules, and agile team reporting.
Experience:
· A minimum of 7 years in a technology producer, Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), or project management delivery role.
· At least 5 years of experience managing digital product delivery and release within an agile environment.
· A track record of defining and executing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for product delivery teams.
· Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
