The Role
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Global Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading recruiting in cross HR initiatives such as our DEI and AI work and driving all central talent programs. You are responsible for the strategic work across critical people initiatives collaborating with partners inside TA and across HR. You elevate the recruiting experience by finding opportunities to optimize, enhance, and improve cross-functional programs to help scale and enable our global TA team. You partner on global talent acquisition operations, cross-functional programs and provide easy access to trusted, necessary, and impactful business information that enables quality decision-making, prioritization, and thorough measurement. You are responsible for building, evolving, supporting, and maintaining TA strategy, programs, resources, and processes. You will be required to develop collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders, internal and external partners, and effectively interact with all levels of the organization. You are process oriented, passionate about operational efficiency and productivity, and delivering exceptional experiences to redefine the future of recruiting.
What You'll Do
  • Participate in cross HR program teams to ensure TA is represented in work and collaborate to build wholistic talent solutions.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to drive connected and global solutions across TA and HR initiatives and programs.
  • Evolve and run talent programs within TA such as interview processes, TA onboarding and alumni engagement.
  • Identify and complete opportunities for operational improvements across global recruiting processes to drive change management efficiency and quality of scale.
  • Facilitate program knowledge sharing across the HR organization.
  • Manage program questions and appropriately engage and triage with subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Resolve escalated issues concerning recruiting process concerns for internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR to lead on-going and yearly global compliance by assessing changes to laws and regulations, operationalize required changes, and identification of risk.
  • Create and maintain talent acquisition onboarding and training to support a highly productive and efficient team.
  • Support inclusive culture through modeling behaviors and actions; raise issues in a timely fashion to appropriate stakeholders.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree combined with Talent Acquisition or HR program or project management experience, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated global success in HR or Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs and perspectives to understand future implications and end-to-end impacts and determine the best course of action.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including with senior executives and leaders.
  • Experience building and scaling programs in a rapidly evolving, international environment requiring frequent client/customer interactions.
  • Experience in roles requiring process design and global project management.
  • Financial acuity and budget development skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive and private data and topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • Experience in scoping, executing, and iterating on programs that drive recruiting efficiency and results.
  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, recruiting management systems and HRIS (Workday) technology.
  • Related work experience in roles requiring ability to use oral and written communication skills to communicate program risks, decision options, high level analysis findings and impacts to key stakeholders.
Other Attributes
  • Prior experience with other recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery CRM, and job posting sites.
  • Global experience driving talent programs across different regions such as Africa and India.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $187,500 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $136,100 to $204,300 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
