As a Customer Service Representative, you will initiate contact with potential clients to obtain basic information and transfer them to licensed officers, manage incoming calls and communications while learning the industry and preparing to achieve your license.

Responsibilities: - Elevate the Experience: Transform the mortgage process into an exciting and seamless journey for our clients. Utilize your expertise to guide them through every step with confidence and professionalism.
- Drive Success: Leverage your sales skills and knowledge to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results. As a member of the Prosperity team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
- Get Licensed : Devote yourself to thorough preparation for the NMLS SAFE exam to obtain licensing as a loan officer, ensuring compliance and proficiency in your role with sales training and industry education in-house.
- Effectively Communicate with Clients :Call on mortgage leads to initiate contact with potential clients to obtain basic information from the client, and transfer calls to licensed officers. Make up to 750 outbound dials a day on an automatic dialer to connect with our quality warm leads sourced by a dedicated lead generation team.
- Produce High-Quality Leads: Consistently deliver high-quality leads, all while providing exemplary customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Advise Customers: Offer expert guidance to both prospective and existing customers on Prosperity's programs, rates, policies, and procedures, ensuring they make informed decisions tailored to their needs.
Compensation package will consist of $22.00 per hour, plus this role is eligible for elective benefits, hands-on training, and mortgage licensing support. Requirements: - College degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Residency in Scottsdale, AZ, or La Jolla, CA, and surrounding areas.
