We're looking for a Retail Sales Representative , working in the Manufacturing industry in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States .
Achieve sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales / merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations.
- Achieving profit and sales goals for an assigned location in a direct-to-consumer retail environment.
- Strategically drives results to ensure that the store achieves its quantifiable performance. Includes Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Talent Management.
Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED
- In-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
