Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to join the team at our successful office! As a Customer Sales Specialist, your goal is to increase client's customer engagement numbers through referrals, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of competition.
Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the store
- Answer customer inquiries and assist existing members
- Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience
- Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
