Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Help customers order and return products including:
- Purchase order review and processing
- Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processing
- QuickBooks maintenance for warehouse locations, part listing and price entry/updates
- Monitor order deliveries from suppliers and update customers and sales team with expected ship dates
- Scan, attach, file documents
- Update information in CRM system
- Update, maintain various spreadsheets
- Assist with various accounting duties
- Order and pickup lunches weekly
- Keep office and kitchen clean and stocked
- Other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years experience a plus
- High School diploma required
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, Teams
- Some working experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and have critical thinking skills
Health Care and Dental coverage available (75% employer paid benefit).
Long Term Disability (100% employer paid benefit).
401K - Available after 3 consecutive months of service. Employer matches 50% of employee’s contribution, up to 3% maximum.
11 paid holidays and 15 days PTO (paid time off) per year.

Hours: M-F 8am – 5pm
