Overview Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a well-organized Mini Bar Attendant to assist our Housekeeping team in providing a thoughtful and unique environment for our guests. In this position, the Mini Bar Attendant will be tasked with maintaining the mini-bars in guest rooms and preserve the standards of excellence while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities
- Ensure the mini-bar is properly stocked and clean
- Maintain adequate stock of products
- Interact positively and professionally with all guests and team members
- Maintain the quality and consistency of guests’ experiences through proper maintenance and cleaning of specified areas
- Computer skills and micros knowledge a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to efficiently problem-solve guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing an elevated experience for guests
- Able to withstand various physical activities throughout the work day
