Hogan Land Services proudly serves California from 3 locations: Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, and Livermore. We are a well-established firm seeking an CAD drafter for our Engineering department in any of our three locations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various design software and have experience in Civil or Structural Engineering design.

Responsibilities:- Create detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements- Develop schematics and 2D animations for project visualization

Qualifications:- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D and Revit-

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
