CTM Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician that displays a high level of skill in all phases of general maintenance. This role will perform general maintenance duties at four apartment communities in the Santa Barbara, CA which will include plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, apartment turnover, and appliance repairs in accordance with company standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance on all appliances.
- Perform light electrical repairs.
- Perform light plumbing work
- Conduct general maintenance and repair on items that are broken or damaged.
- Perform touch-up painting and full paint of interior and exteriors/common areas (when necessary).
- Perform carpentry.
- Assist in custodial
- Repair concrete, masonry, fencing, when required.
- Perform light pest control services when required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Two (2) years prior experience in Property Management Maintenance,
- Must have own car, tools, and the ability to work independently
- Must be able to work on site in Santa Barbara, CA.
- On call required for afterhours emergencies.
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Regular, consistent, and timely attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
