We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Dental Insurance Biller. We are a small quality-oriented dental office with four staff members. No HMO. But we do accept Denti-Cal.

Our software is softdent. Great work environment, great staff, and great patients. Compensation is based on experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is desirable. This is a part-time position that may lead to full-time. Experience in Medi Cal dental billing is a must.

Responsibilities
- Process and submit dental insurance claims accurately and timely and follow up with insurance payment .
- Utilize Dental billing and coding knowledge to ensure proper reimbursement
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide clear explanations.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and coding requirements.
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking patients as needed.
