Molding Operator - 2nd Shift
How would you like to work for a leading manufacturer for the automotive industry? Our client is looking for motivated inpiduals who want to work for them LONG TERM in their Sandusky facility. This company has great benefits, 12 paid holidays, and has a great training program. New Pay Rate - $18.50/hr, 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm

Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of production machines
- Product and/or inspect a large volume of parts
- Load rubber, inserts and other components into machine and remove molded parts from molds/press plates
- Manual trim and rework of parts
- Perform tasks from a standing position the majority of the day with frequent bending, twisting, reaching as well as lifting 30-35 pounds
- Work in warm to hot environment; fans are available and employees are permitted to have sealed beverage near their work stations
- Overtime available an may be mandatory from time to time to meet urgent customer needs.
Competencies:
- Basic understanding of equipment
- Develop ability to identify equipment issues or malfunctions
- Interpret requirements and/or instructions from written documents or verbal training
- Demonstrate initiative in learning, performing tasks, etc.
- Communicate proactively and in an appropriate fashion
- Demonstrate ability to work cohesively with others
- Solid math and English comprehension skills
