What You'll Do and Who You Are:
The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job as
a Caregiver. But there are a few character traits you should have from the get-go. We have a great work

You listen well, have great decision-making skills and are passionate about your customer focus. You don't mind getting a little dirty ... this could include (but is not limited to) providing assistance with eating, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry and other household chores.
You don't have to be a gourmet Chef but you can prepare a good meal and work your way around a
kitchen.
You are able to assist the client in many ways-this could include (but is not limited to) providing medication reminders, assisting with prescribed range-of -motion exercises, dementia care, and
companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

RAH Home Care Aid requirements:

• Caregivers to provide in-home non-medical support for seniors and older adults.
• No experience necessary but 3 months caregiving experience preferred
• Be 18 or Older
• Have regular access to a vehicle to get to and from client locations
• Pass a state Live Scan background check going back to your 18th birthday
• "In compliance with Federal Law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire."

Compensacin: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
