Job Title: Project Manager II - Information Technology (Healthcare)
Location: San Antonio or San Marcos, TX (Onsite with Some Remote Flexibility)
Duration: 3-Month Term
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shifts
Pay Rate: $52.95/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will work under the direction of senior personnel to determine user demands, establish work priorities, and plan, direct, and monitor project work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Information System related business planning, budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience with Telephony and Network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Avaya systems preferred; familiarity with other vendors acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Service Now, Excel, and Sharepoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate information concerning user conceptual needs.
- Estimate and schedule project activities and associated costs.
- Coordinate and participate in analysis/design/coding activities.
- Ensure system changes are fully tested and meet guideline and procedure requirements.
- Coordinate implementation of changes and ensure users are fully trained and prepared.
- Maintain project issues and reports for Information System management and local steering teams.
