Regional Sales Manager
Join Appstar, a leading innovator in tech payment solutions for businesses everywhere. We are seeking a results-driven manager to contribute to our market penetration strategy by expanding our outside sales division. The ideal candidate will play a key role and be responsible for optimizing development, productivity, and overall performance as we continue to add new territories and grow throughout 2024!
Responsibilities:
• Lead our full cycle sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets
• Oversee and maintain optimal sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve team efficiency and results
• Consistent coaching and mentorship of all current and future teammates
Qualifications/Skills
• Experience guiding and coaching sales teams to high levels of success
• Demonstrated ability to surpass sales goals through meticulous KPI management
• Creative leadership style with a focus on solution-oriented approaches
• Acumen for implementing informed solutions from interpreting sales data
• Strong consultative and value-driven sales methodology
Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years of sales management in an inside sales and short sales cycle
• Five years or more of proven personal success in sales
• Leadership by example, with an emphasis in negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in B2B Fintech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Tech is a huge plus!
Compensation Package:
• Competitive pay $110,000 - $125,000 first year OTE ($75,000 base)
