The seasoned Senior Family Law Attorney will be filling a pivotal role for the team. Are you ready to share your expertise with this dynamic legal team? 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the creation of pivotal legal documents—Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions—with expert knowledge and precision.
• Directing and guiding Discovery processes, utilizing expertise to gather essential case information effectively.
• Serving as a liaison with clients to ensure clear communication, provide case updates, and gather vital details for strategic case management.
• Conducting in-person court appearances for various matters, leveraging extensive experience to represent clients effectively.
• Mentoring and supporting junior attorneys, contributing expertise to foster team growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active State Bar license with 4 years' of experience in Family Law practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and a proven track record in managing complex family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Extensive knowledge of Family Law Practice and Procedures, enabling expert guidance and representation.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software for streamlined case preparation and representation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 - $200,000, contingent on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package inclusive of 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time position Hybrid based in San Diego, CA 
• Stable Monday to Friday work schedule.
