Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and promptly.
Handle courier shipments and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
Maintain organized records and databases for mail and packages.
Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, including postage meters and printers.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
