As a Family Centered Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to families in their homes.
You will conduct assessments to identify each family's strengths and areas for growth, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy and support.
Your role will include teaching families effective communication and problem-solving skills, helping them build healthy relationships, and connecting them with community resources.
Additionally, you will maintain detailed documentation of your work and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the families you serve.
