Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal warehouse layouts and implement improvements.
• Monitor and maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuously find ways to improve processes and decrease operational expenses.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure a high level of productivity and professionalism.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production and shipment deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory levels and perform regular audits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic and high-energy setting while remaining flexible to evolving demands.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
