Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, weed whacking, and bed maintenance.
• Operate and maintain all landscape maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist in daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized crew truck at all times.
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work with minimal supervision from the Maintenance Foreman but know when to ask for assistance.
• Meet or exceed company production standards for landscape maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
• Physically able to handle the workload and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Minimum of one year of experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
