JOB SUMMARY Has a genuine desire to provide personalized guest service to ensure that every guest who chooses Culvers leaves happy.
We have multiple positions available. -Daytime food prep -Daytime kitchen setup -Daytime Frontline setup -Custard Closer Daytime shifts are approximately 8am-4pm Closing shifts are approximately 3pm-10:30pm
Paid training. Increased pay for applicable job experience. Set schedule or flexible schedule possible. Preferably fulltime availability of 35/week. **Responsibilities**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Consistently provides friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality. Handles guest comments promptly and courteously with the ability to empathize, sympathize and educate.
- Prepares quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.
- Committed to teamwork demonstrating integrity and honesty while interacting with guests, team members and managers. Displays a can-do attitude that makes the difference between a great shift and an okay shift.
- Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.
- Reports to each shift in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Maintains a neat, well groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions.
- Reports to each shift on time. Is considered by peers as reliable and dependable.
- Follows established restaurant practices and procedures.
- Performs primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately.
- Performs any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
-Daytime food prep is responsible to portion items twice a day, pull freezer items and rotate as needed.
-Daytime kitchen and frontline setup is responsible to set up designated line with items required for that day of business. -Daytime positions will be expected to assist with line work after job duties are completed.
-Custard closer is responsible disassemble custard/shake machines and sanitize appropriately. Custard area will also need to be stocked by the end of the night. This team member is also responsible to satisfy guests orders while completing these duties.
**Qualifications**
QUALIFICATIONS Friendly with an engaging, outgoing personality. Guest focused with the ability to demonstrate meaningful interaction. Sound communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, food service environment.
