We're searching for a highly motivated and skilled technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment: This includes electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems, and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs: Quickly identify and address issues within various systems, including high voltage installations and electronic components (PLCs, circuit boards).
• Set up and optimize production lines: Utilize your knowledge to improve efficiency and quality output.
• Perform general construction, plumbing, welding, and carpentry tasks: Maintain the overall functionality of the production area.
• Read and interpret schematics and diagrams: Effectively understand technical instructions and blueprints.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Bonus points: Possess machining skills to further contribute to equipment maintenance and fabrication.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of electronics, electrical services, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with production equipment maintenance and line setup.
• Knowledge of high voltage safety protocols and procedures.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse equipment.
• Hands-on experience with general construction, plumbing, welding, and carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs line set-up activities in an efficient, timely manner.
• Provides line adjustments and preventive maintenance to
• maintain efficient line operation.
• Assists in the maintenance and repairs of production
• equipment, building and grounds.
• Keeps maintenance log as required.
• Keeps maintenance supervisor advised of equipment spare parts needed.
• Coordinates with department supervisors when machines
• must be taken off line for maintenance.
• Works on high voltage electrical equipment and wiring to perform repair and installations.
• Oversees contractor work for facility modification and repair.
• Is trained and works in compliance with all plant and departmental standard operating procedures and safety procedures.
• Maintains plant safety systems so that they are operational.
• Other duties as assigned
