Job Description: Part Time Store Manager
Job Roles:
- Responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep.
- Receive inventory and communicate with upper Management about inventory orders
- Schedule employee shifts
- Train new employees
- Support store and employees daily
- Greet and assist every customer
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist in visual presentation
- Maintain company standards within the store, cleaning, restocking, organizing, etc.
- Generate sales and profits
- Drive new ideas and creative problem solving
Position Requirements:
- Must be outgoing, social and approachable
- Strong selling and customer relationship skills
- Good at following direction
- Ability to work hard with a team to meet and exceed goals/expectations
- Availability to work 5-15 hours during the week or weekend
- Willing to be trained with POS
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
