Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plans, directs, or coordinates the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations * Formulates policies, manages daily operations, and plans the use of materials and human resources Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Required to obtain a Secret Clearance within 90 days of award
* Bachelor’s Degree or a qualifying substitution in an engineering, technical, business, or computer science/IT disciplineand 3 years of experience * 1 of the 3 years must include supervisory experience
* Solid coordination skills to work between the team and the customer
* Solid organization skills in order t0 manage daily operations
* Ability to multitask and oversee multiple departments or locations
* Solid planning skills for use of materials and human resources
* Ability to formulate policies in order to better guide the team
* Solid communication skills in order to manage a team with members overseas DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Experienced in deployments because they will need to manage the deployment process for the employees
