Planstin is Hiring a Clinic Office Manager Near Saint George, UT

Advance Your Career at Primestin Care

Join us on the ground floor of an innovative Direct Primary Care practice in the beautiful St. George, Utah area. We are searching for an experienced Clinic Office Manager who is ready to break away from the hassle of insurance and make the move to the DPC practice model. As a valued team member of Primestin Care, you will be instrumental in creating administrative processes to assist our providers with their practice and support their patients. The right candidate for this role will primarily bring a passion for healthcare and experience working in a clinic setting. They must be self-driven and committed to delivering world class customer service to all our members and their families.


Responsibilities for this role include the following:


Healthcare Coordination

  • Coordinate patient care plans and keep medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at Primestin Care.
  • Assist medical providers I the coordination of specialty care for patients outside of the St. George, Utah area when needed.
  • Assist medical providers with the upkeep of the EMR and patient records.
  • Help patients locate providers for specialties, labs, and specific needs with providers in their areas if living outside of St. George, Utah.

Receptionist

  • Welcome all patients and guests to Primestin Care and complete the check-in process for each appointment.
  • Assist with answering all incoming phone calls to Primestin Care and schedule appointments for patients through incoming calls or at the end of completed appointments.

Office Management

  • Ensure that the clinic is well stocked with necessary medical and office supplies.
  • Coordinate work with vendors and contractors relating to the maintenance and upkeep of the clinic.

The following are requirements to perform this role:

  • Passion to work in healthcare and assist providers and patients
  • Prior experience in a clinic setting is required
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  • Desire to learn, try new things, and bring ideas


Primestin Care Employee Benefits:

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 salary range, dependent on experience, with opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses.
