A premier group of senior living communities located in the Fresno, California area is searching for a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join their team. Job Summary: The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical functions across all 6 of our senior living communities. This position is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. All Directors of Nursing within our communities will report to this individual.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical operations across multiple senior living communities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain high standards of care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Directors of Nursing.
• Oversee clinical staff training and development programs.
• Collaborate with other senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and improve clinical outcomes.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement plans.
• Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in senior living or long-term care settings.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of clinical success.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
