Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a caregiver (with references)
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States with valid acceptable identification
• Access to reliable transportation and proof of active insurance coverage
• Registered with the California Department of Social services as a Home Care Aide, having cleared the required background check
• Tuberculosis skin test results (within the past 2 years) or chest x-ray (no expiration)
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved request for medical or religious exemption
• Physical exam with clearance to work (within the past year or within 7 days of hire)
• Proof of active CPR certification
• Agrees to Caregiver Employment Agreement and all other policies, procedures, and protocols
