We are seeking a polished and professional Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator for our Suwanee, GA location. This is a full time Monday-Friday position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering multiple phone lines, check in/check out, scheduling appointments, scanning and faxing documentation into the EMR, collecting patient responsibility & balances, insurance verification, routing calls to the appropriate staff member, taking accurate messages for office staff and handling and maintaining insurance referrals from primary care providers.
This position holds a key position within the practice as they are the first person any patient or vendor will meet. Therefore friendly customer service is a must at all times, under all circumstances. Candidates with experience working in a physician specialty office and prior knowledge of insurance plans and policy requirements is a plus.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Medical Receptionist / Medical Scheduler Experience Required
At least 1 year of experience with eClinical Works is Preferred
