Responsibilities:

- Teach gymnastics skills and techniques to students of various ages and skill levels
- Plan and lead engaging and age-appropriate gymnastics classes
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for gymnastics movements
- Develop lesson plans that focus on skill progression and development
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Ensure the gym area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
- Collaborate with other coaches to plan and coordinate team practices and competitions

Skills:

- Strong background in gymnastics, with experience in martial arts, cheerleading, basketball, karate, judo, or other related disciplines
- Ability to effectively communicate with students of all ages
- Experience working with children and managing their behavior in a positive manner
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures and techniques in gymnastics
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons and manage class schedules
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals in gymnastics
