We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and Receiving: Efficiently handle the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Packing : Accurately and efficiently package products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, conduct regular inventory checks, and collaborate with the team to reconcile any discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or defects, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Communication: Collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and carriers to coordinate shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues
• Documentation: Complete necessary shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and other relevant paperwork

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping purposes
