Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Licensing: Possession not required

Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize information accurately, and follow through on commitments.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Availability: Flexible work hours to accommodate part-time scheduling requirements and meet the needs of both clients and the agency.
