About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate professionals to join our elite Installation Team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and testing state-of-the-art security technology. Prior experience is preferred but not necessary - as we provide comprehensive and paid training. All we need from you is motivation, solid work ethic, and a desire to learn!
Responsibilities:
• Install and service security and fire alarm, video surveillance, access control, and intercom systems
• Test and inspect installed systems
• Educate end users on use of systems, answering all questions and collaborating with other departments as needed
• Help prepare documentation including records of completion, and information needed for monitoring and billing
Pay and Benefits:
• $30/hour - $45/hour depending on experience

Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working with tools, computers, and other technology
• Self-motivation with a desire to learn
• Possess and maintain a clean, professional image
• Willingness to travel as needed (overnight travel not required)
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule after 6 months
• Possess and maintain a clean driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree
• Previous alarm installation or service experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Location(s):
• 50% on job sites in or near Rochester, NY
• 50% on job sites throughout New York State, including but not limited to Buffalo, Syracuse, Corning, Utica, Watertown, and Albany.
