We are a family-owned, multi doctor practice in the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire that was established 25 years ago.
We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented individual to perform a variety of patient related tasks and assisting our doctors in a high paced professional medical office. Your work will primarily be with patients but there will be other patient related tasks as well. Your job will be performing all the duties mentioned below and more.
Job Duties:
- Pre-testing
- Diagnostic testing
- Scribing
- Entering in patient intake information
- Assisting doctors in anything they may need/ask
- Dealing with emergency appointments
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
-Taking payments
Requirements:
- Must be able to multitask
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail; thoroughness
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be patient/customer focused
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Needs to be efficient
