We are seeking a reliable and experienced Professional Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in cleaning roles and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently and in a team environment. Please note, this role requires adherence to a strict no-smoking and no-drinking policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties, focusing on areas such as floors, carpets, restrooms, kitchens, and more.
• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all assigned areas.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of cleaning equipment.
• Report any damages or issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are replenished and inventories are maintained.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client issues or requests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve high standards of performance.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper storage and disposal methods.
• Physical capability to operate heavy cleaning equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
