Nissho of California is a dynamic and growing organization that provides Commercial Landscape Maintenance Services. We currently service San Diego, North County, Riverside, and Coachella Valley.

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager for our Riverside location Maintenance division. The Maintenance Account Manager reports to the Division Supervisor and is responsible for executing any and all tasks required to maintain all properties outlined in his/her portfolio. The successful candidate will have landscape experience. Your responsibilities include scheduling crews, basic landscape tool safety practices, meeting with property managers, regularly walking jobs to ensure proper maintenance, creating punchlists based on issues found at walk through, being proactive and submitting enhancement proposals to property managers, basic plant material knowledge, and basic irrigation knowledge.

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, who desires to grow with our company. He/She will be offered a take home vehicle, 401K with matching from the company, Medical, Dental and Vision as well as paid vacation and sick days after 90 days.

Other responsibilities:

- Attendance of training courses provided by Nissho of California.

- Ability to follow all safety guidelines regarding all equipment, and enforcing these practices with crews.

- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

- Attending board meetings after hours (on occasion)
