Medical Assurance Company of Mississippi (MACM) is seeking an individual to work full time promoting its brand and products to healthcare providers throughout the state. 

Primary Duties

· Responsible for day-to-day administration of the company’s sales effort

· Assist in the marketing of insurance program including development of sales strategies, analysis of competitor insurance programs and market research

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients

· Prepare and present monthly reports summarizing sales effort; make recommendations based on analysis

· Collaborate with claims and risk management teams to refine target market

Requirements

· Must be available to travel in-state and attend various conferences both in-state and out-of-state including some weekend conferences

· College degree required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Prefer experience in sales or marketing in healthcare
