Were currently seeking a BRANCH MANAGER to join Team Texans at our Float Pool. This position provides a great opportunity to work in and learn the operations of our various branches. Your service focus, sales management and leadership skills are a must if you love helping and leading people, this may be the right fit for you!

**POSITION OVERVIEW:** In the BRANCH MANAGER role, you manage all sales, service and operational functions within the branch. You also lead and develop your branch team with the goal of providing an overall excellent member experience through all branch interactions in providing solutions and products in meeting our members financial goals and needs!

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:** Only applications that meet the following requirements will be considered. Please note: this position is NOT entry-level.

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of sales and service experience in a retail or financial institution environment

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a bank, credit union branch or finance company or equivalent management experience.

Successful completion of a drug screen, credit check and background check
