Job Description
NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a high-growth, industry leader that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. The company offers a hybrid work schedule and amazing benefits and compensation packages.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of complex payroll processing experience.
- Paylocity experience is highly desired.
- Semi-monthly payroll.
- Ability to manage and process payroll for 500 employees in a multi-state, multi-entity environment.
- Assist in commission calculations.
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions.
- Prepare payroll reports.
