Overview We are seeking a Systems Integrator / Project Manager with a background in targeting for a new position in Reston, VA. Note: Location will change to Chantilly, VA in late 2024. What will you do? VTG is looking for a highly motivated Systems Integrator / Project Manager to join our team supporting a new and exciting targeting team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with experience in the Intelligence Community providing systems integration, project management, and/or targeting support to customers. The Systems Integrator (SI) will work with senior government officials to define and manage processes associated with their targeting activities, propose process improvements ideas, and coordinate activities with the larger customer office and external stakeholders. The successful candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and hard charging to identify needs and quickly execute to deliver results. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the technical exchange meetings and other ad-hoc tasking. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with external stakeholders and commercial companies. Do you have what it takes? Requirements * * TS/SCI with Poly required.
* Professional experience in engineering, computer science, business, IT, or related field.
* Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience (10 years of experience with Master's Degree).
* 5 years of experience in technical systems integration, project management, and/or targeting.
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong organizational, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills.
