We are seeking a dynamic experienced CFO to join our team. The CFO directs all accounting, finance and treasury functions ensuring the integrity of financial data, providing timely and accurate analysis and management reports, and ensuring adequate accounting and contracts (GAAP, FAR and CAS) compliance and controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices• Oversees the development and communication of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Supervises payroll, tax accounting, and relationships with bank lenders• monitors the company’s cash position, working capital, indirect rate structures, pricing strategies and overall capital structure determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing.

• Accountable for pricing strategies and government price proposals.

• Directs and oversees all contracts related items

• Determines accounting and financial reporting processes and policies

• Oversees the preparation of internal and external financial reports and investment activities; communicates frequently with investors and capital partners, supporting all M&A activities.

• Formulates financial plans and policies and relations with key outside organizations, including lending institutions, shareholders, and the financial community.

In addition to performing financial duties, works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior executives to help develop strategic business plans and to provide financial support for the achievement of strategic goals.

• Presents budget and planning proposals to the CEO to help formulate and drive the future goals of the company

• Overseas and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, long-range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.

• Directs the treasurer in activities such as custodian of funds, securities, and assets of the organization.

• Appraises the organization’s financial position and issues periodic reports on organization’s financial stability, liquidity, and growth.

• Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs.

• Coordinates tax reporting programs and investor relations activities.

• Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.

• Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the corporation’s annual report.

• Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations.

• Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• 15 years corporate finance or equivalent experience

• Federal Government Contracting

• Formal Education Bachelor's degree in related field or 15 years corporate finance or equivalent experience

• Market capability and knowledge

• Recognized as expert in finance field

• Knowledgeable of current financial and tax laws and regulations

• Possesses credible depth of knowledge across a range of financial environments

• Able to use knowledge of external issues and depth of experience to inform, challenge, and define scope of work

• Able to give advice on range of financial methods, tools, and techniques

• Able to apply knowledge and articulate innovative solutions that will foster increased revenue

• Able to build relationships, creating loyalties within the financial community

• Able to communicate project issues/concerns to the Senior Management Team

• Able to apply sound accounting practices and generate reports as required
