Job duties include but not limited to phones, check in / out, scheduling, recall, collecting copayments, insurance verification, presenting treatment plans.

Looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, trustworthy and has a calm demeanor. Need a candidate with dental front desk experience.

Dentrix experience is a plus!

Private, general practice with 9 operatories that also offers CEREC same day crowns, aligner therapy, sleep apnea appliances, root canals, extractions, CBCT, implants, 3D printing of nightguards and models.

Office has great, long-term staff and patients. Busy, fast paced practice. Staff makeup is 5 DA, 4 HYG, 1 FO (looking to hire 2 more), 2 DDS.

Longest tenured 21 years (prior retiree at 25 years). Software used is Dentrix / Dexis.

Position is available due to 2 front office staff members going back to school.
