LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)We are looking for a licensed practical nurse to become a part of our team! You will be part of an amazing team of hard-working, lively, enthusiastic professionals, working in a cutting-edge facility. You will provide clinical support for our surgeons and assist in medical, cosmetic and surgical procedures. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.

The Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center (DSCC) is the leading dermatology provider in Monmouth County with hundreds of satisfied patient reviews. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care. DSCC specialized in medical, cosmetic, pediatric and surgical dermatology led by the highly sought-after Mohs surgeon, Dr. Christopher B. Kruse.
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)We are looking for a licensed practical nurse to become a part of our team! You will be part of an amazing team of hard-working, lively, enthusiastic professionals, working in a cutting-edge facility. You will provide clinical support for our surgeons and assist in medical, cosmetic and surgical procedures. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Accurate recording of patients' medical history, vital statistics and information such as results, treatment plans, telephone calls, etc.
- Administer injections
- Explain treatment procedures, medications, and physician instructions to patients.
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Clean and sterilize instruments
- Current LPN Certification
- Surgical or Mohs experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in Dermatology preferred
- Strong understanding of medical procedures and terminology
- Strong organizational and written skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
