This important role is a key part in building, executing, optimizing and managing Social Media , Search Ads and Native Ads.. We are seeking a media buyer with experience in buying and creation of Google & Native campaigns in Search, Discovery, Display and YouTube channels. 

This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate is an analytical media buyer. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in large scale consumer acquisition and media buying analysis, ideally in the ecommerce/leadgen space. This role will be responsible for establishing and scaling all paid media channels, as well as working with the current marketing/creative team on creative assets and media plans.

What you will be working on

· Strategize, execute and manage Search, Discovery, Display and YouTube campaigns all within Google Ads as well as Native campaigns

· Work closely with our creative team to produce scalable content that converts

· Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future strategies

· A/B test copy and implement strategies to meet performance goals

· Provide reports on campaign effectiveness and growth/optimization plans

Requirements

· 3 years proven direct experience executing and managing performance-based digital campaigns

· 3 years minimum experience with Paid Social Campaigns (native platforms & search)

· Experience managing a digital marketing budget across channels to meet revenue goals and targeted acquisition ROI.

· Knowledge of data analytics tools and reporting; experience with Google Analytics

· Experience working with complementary business functions such as Creative, Technology, Merchandising, Operations, and ability to navigate and partner with cross-functional teams

· Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented (self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently).
