Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Lead

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to join our team onsite at Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a strong background in leading BI initiatives, managing onsite teams, and hands-on development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BI professionals onsite, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive the end-to-end BI process, from requirements gathering to data modeling, ETL development, report/dashboard creation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Utilize MSBI tools effectively to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of interactive visualizations and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing onsite teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with MSBI tools, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Extensive experience (7 years) with Power BI, including end-to-end BI solution development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex BI projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in the healthcare domain is highly preferred.
