In this role, you will:

• You get to help people when they need it most, assisting customers in reporting their losses and walking them through the claims process.
• You'll interact with customers on the phone, email and through chat to provide timely, courteous, and efficient customer service to customers and our business partners.
• You'll be building and maintaining positive relationships with your team, adjusters in the claim offices and other key stakeholders.
• You will learn and understand the complexities of multiple lines of insurance business including Auto, Homeowners, Liability, Worker Compensation and more.
• You will be training on site with a mentor, with the option to work remotely twice a week at the end of a successful training period .

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette.
• Quick learner, able to navigate multiple systems and products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Should have a general working knowledge of MS Office

This career opportunity is $25.00 per hour or more, depending on skills and work experience. We value work-life balance, so our work schedule is 36.25 hours per week.
