Overview:
We are seeking an Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office administration and possess strong organizational and communication skills. As an Office Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for medical procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and claims processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow in the office
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
